Grantham A is a 64-unit 4-story condominium association in the heart of Century Village East (CVE), a gated private community in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This beautiful 55+ active adult community offers some of the most extensive and attractive arrays of recreational facilities in South Florida.
Comprised of 32 2-bedroom and 32 1-bedroom units, all with 2 full bathrooms and a large enclosed rear patio, we are a friendly community of both year-round and seasonal residents from the US, Canada, and other countries.
